What helps us fix a tool faster
- Which tool — for example the Hash Generator or the JSON Formatter— and what input you gave it.
- Your browser and device, if the problem looks visual or performance-related.
- What you expected versus what actually happened.
What we can’t do
This isn’t a help desk for your specific phone problem, and nobody here can walk you through rooting or flashing a ROM one-on-one — that kind of change carries real risk to your device, so lean on official documentation and your device’s community for anything step-by-step. We can, however, fix a broken tool, correct something wrong in a blog post or a Learn entry, or hear you out on a new tool idea.
How fast we reply
There’s no ticketing system and no guaranteed turnaround — it’s read and answered as it comes in.
